When do I need to file my Ltd’s Accounts?
Normally you would be expected to file your Ltd’s annual accounts nine months after the end of your financial year i.e. Financial year end 31st March 2020 would have a filing deadline of 31st December 2020.
Due to corona virus the government have passed into law as the the 27th June that the filing deadlines will temporally be extended by three months to allow you to focus on the recovery of your business. so using the example above the new filing deadline is 31st March 2021.
This applies to all deadlines between 27th June 2020 to 5th April 2021
